A. Information you provide directly

When you use Taskr, we may collect:

• Email address
• Account login credentials
• Job information — job title, address, customer or contact details, price (optional), materials (optional), date and time
• Any notes or additional content you enter into the App

This information is necessary to provide job tracking and account functionality.

B. Subscription information

If you subscribe to Taskr, we collect:

• Subscription status
• Billing status
• Purchase confirmation from Apple’s In-App Purchase system

We do not collect or store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely by Apple.

C. Device and usage information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Basic usage data for improving performance

This information is used to improve the functionality and reliability of the App.

D. Microphone access

If you use voice dictation features:

• The App may request access to your device microphone
• Voice input is used only to convert speech into text for job entry
• We do not store audio recordings

You can disable microphone permissions at any time in your device settings.

• Create and manage your account
• Allow you to create, edit and manage jobs
• Display job information on the dashboard and widgets
• Provide subscription access and manage free trials

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, data loss, and alteration or misuse.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only with:

• Cloud hosting providers, for secure data storage
• Apple, for subscription processing
• Service providers who assist in operating the App

All third-party providers are required to maintain confidentiality and protect your information.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide services. If you delete your account:

• Your personal data and job data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe
• Certain information may be retained if required by law

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, or withdraw consent.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account directly within the App under Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove:

• Your profile information
• All job data
• Associated account records

This action cannot be undone.

8. Children’s privacy

Taskr is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
