Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taskr mobile application (the “App”), operated by AURELIX (ABN 64 564 976 975) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using Taskr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Taskr. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of service

Taskr is a job tracking and scheduling application designed for tradies and service professionals. The App allows users to:

• Create and manage jobs
• Store job details — address, contact, pricing, materials, date and time
• View jobs in dashboard and calendar formats
• Access subscription-based premium features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

3. User accounts

To use Taskr, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

A. Free trial

Taskr may offer a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

B. Payments

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. If Taskr becomes available on other platforms, subscriptions will be processed through that platform’s store. We do not collect or store payment details.

C. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings:

• Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions

D. Restore purchases

If you previously purchased a subscription, you may restore it using the “Restore Purchases” option within the App.

E. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the platform provider in accordance with their policies. We do not issue direct refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload malicious or harmful content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Data and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time within the App settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information and stored job data. This action cannot be undone.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design and software within Taskr are owned by AURELIX. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify them without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Taskr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that it will be uninterrupted, or that all data will be permanently preserved without interruption. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskr shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify users within the App. Continued use of Taskr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protection laws in your location may still apply.
